Data-Basics Booth 3134  Data-Basics will demonstrate the latest in wireless field service software, TechAnywhere 2.0, at the New Product Technology Theater taking place during the 2006 AHR Expo in Chicago. Tim Carcione, Senior Product Engineer for Data-Basics, will present "TechAnywhere 2.0: The New Generation Of Mobile Workforce Software" at noon on Tuesday, January 24, 2006 in Theater A of the McCormick Center. TechAnywhere 2.0 supplies technicians with mobile access to work orders using an array of wireless devices such as tablet PCs and Windows CE devices. The tablet PC solution combines the look of paper work orders with enhanced functionality, such as drop-down boxes for accurate data entry, automatic conversion of handwriting to text and online access to equipment history, notes or specifications.

Minco Booth 3632 Minco, a designer and manufacturer of critical components for critical applications, is launching a series of building automation products at the AHR Expo, January 23 – 25, 2006, McCormick Place, Chicago. This month, Minco will add three new sensors to its building automation product offering, establishing Minco as a one-stop-shop for Sensors.

2006 AHR Expo Chicago Sets New Record As Biggest Event In 76-Year History Westport, Connecticut - With less than a month to go, AHR ExpoÆ 2006 in Chicago, January 23-25th, is already breaking records as the largest event in the Show's illustrious 76-year history.  According to show management, more than 1,900 companies have already reserved 409,555 net square feet of exhibit space. These numbers would make AHR Chicago 2006 the biggest show on record, surpassing 400,416 net square feet of space at AHR Expo 2003 in Chicago and 1,871 exhibiting companies at AHR Expo 2005 in Orlando.

2006 AHR Expo Sets New Records Show Management reports that this year's Show has already exceeded previous records with more than 1,900 exhibiting companies using over 405,000 sq. ft. of exhibit space.  With about 1 month to go, all indicators are pointing to a strong international presence. As of December 5, 2005, 16 percent of visitors registered for the Show are from outside of the US. Show Management says they expect several thousand international attendees from more than 110 countries to visit the 2006 Expo.  Currently, there are 350 international exhibiting companies from 34 different countries.
