‘Using Energy Efficiency To Drive Service and
Retrofit Sales‘ Presented to MSCA Members
PORTLAND, Ore. – April 7, 2010 — Air Advice, developer of innovative
technologies to assess and improve building energy performance, will host a
three-part webinar series sponsored by the Mechanical Service Contractors of
America (MSCA) titled “Using Energy Efficiency To Drive Service and Retrofit
Sales” on April 14, 21 and May 4 at 10:00 am PST. AirAdvice President and CEO
Jim Crowder will discuss integrating energy efficiency and cost savings goals
into client relationships.
“Lowering the bottom line through energy efficiency makes sense to building
owners and managers,” said Crowder. “But having a thorough understanding of
ultimate cost potential can motivate comprehensive service agreements and
retrofits.”
Topics covered in the webinar will include how to start energy efficiency
conversations from the first client phone call, how to use energy benchmarking
to begin an ongoing discussion about energy and operating costs, and integrating
energy services into a comprehensive service agreement.
