IndigoVision has released its
ONVIF-conformant Security Management System, SMS 4. This consists of
‘Control Center’ 4.2 Video Management Software and updates to the
company’s range of Network Video Recorders (NVRs).
IndigoVision is already an Open
System for storage, access control, analytics and other security
systems. So ONVIF is truly ‘the final piece of the jigsaw’ for
IndigoVision’s open architecture in that it now extends freedom of
choice to third party cameras
IndigoVision Deploys Largest IP Video System in ASIA at Delhi Airport
IndigoVision’s integrated end-to-end
IP Video solution has been used for a 3700+ camera surveillance system
in the new Terminal 3 at Delhi International Airport (DIAL). The
project is believed to be the largest single installation of an IP
Video system anywhere in Asia. The new terminal was built as part of
the massive infrastructure development for Delhi ahead of the highly
successful 2010 Commonwealth Games. Delhi is India’s second largest
airport and with the recent expansion can handle 34 million passengers
per year.
Innovative use of IP Video Helps Power Plants to be More Efficient
E.ON Benelux has deployed IP Video
surveillance technology beyond its traditional security role to create
a more efficient business operation at its Dutch power generation
complex in Rotterdam. Using IndigoVision’s distributed IP Video
solution, E.ON has extended the use of surveillance at two of their
electricity generating stations to process control, health & safety
and logistics, as well as site-wide security. The flexibility,
scalability and resilience of IndigoVision’s system has enabled E.ON to
innovate its surveillance capability through 3 separate projects
installed over the last 3 years.
