[Lyon, France / Tampa, Floride USA]: March 29th 2012 —ISS Facility Services, one of the world’s leading facility services companies, and Elutions Inc., a global provider of enterprise energy solutions, has formed a  partnership to jointly deliver a robust energy conservation and facility optimisation platform to ISS customers around the world.  Called Maestro™ Smart Building, the solution has delivered energy savings of between 12% and 25%  in some of the most demanding client environments.

The ISS-Elutions Maestro™ Smart Building solution has been designed and proven to help companies and governmental organisations achieve significant cost savings and reduce emissions by better controlling their utilities consumption. Maestro™ Smart Building monitors and analyses electricity, gas and water usage in real time and uses this data to continuously optimise the performance of plant and property portfolio.

It represents a market-leading effort to develop the next generation of Integrated Facilities Management solutions. Utilities consumption data is monitored in real time by 4 Bureaus, resilient command centres, in Europe, North America and Asia. Any unexpected or unusual usage is detected in real time and the ISS-Elutions Bureau then remotely readjusts the plant/ asset back to the agreed operating parameters and generates an alert to on-site staff to follow up.

Jane Sheard, Managing Director, ISS Facility Services, said:
“Our partnership with Elutions will provide our customers with the ideal platform to seamlessly reduce their costs and emissions. It is one of those rare innovations that delivers savings without requiring any compromises on performance. Portfolio users will not experience any differences in their daily routines. We are already deploying the solution for two multi-national blue chip companies.”
