NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., April 9, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- REGEN Energy Inc.™, developer of the patented wireless Swarm Energy Management™ electrical demand management and dynamic load control technology, announces a new agreement with Carrier, the world's leader in high technology heating, air-conditioning and refrigeration solutions.

Carrier provides efficient packaged heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units, serving commercial and industrial customers globally. Expanding on its energy efficiency efforts, Carrier will offer REGEN Energy's patented Swarm Energy Management solutions to customers through Carrier's distribution network. This solution will provide energy efficiency savings on packaged HVAC units and provide Carrier with simple automated capabilities to meet the needs of current and future dynamic load control markets, including demand response.
