On behalf of the Department of Energy's Building Technologies Office, you are invited to attend the "Sensors and Controls" Program and Project Review at the Waterfront Marriott Hotel in Portland, Oregon on Tuesday, May 21st, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM and Wednesday, May 22nd, 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM.  This day and a half program will present the Strategic Plan for the Buildings Sensors and Controls (a new, innovative program area within the Department) as well as related projects funded by EERE Buildings Technologies Office.  On Wednesday, following the first day of presentations, there will an opportunity to share your opinions of the research work as well as offer your insight on this very important, strategic topic and BTO out year plans.
 
Please RSVP that you are attending by emailing paige.crosby@navigant.com. Please note meeting materials and a meeting agenda will follow in another email.  Please note that due to limited space, we are limiting attendance to the first 60 confirmed RSVP’s.
 
Please make arrangements to fly in to Portland International Airport on the evening of May 20th. The Waterfront Marriott is only 12 miles from the airport, located at 1401 SW Natio Parkway, Portland, Oregon. Hotel room blocks have been arranged for the Marriott Waterfront at $113/night.
