The
‘participant program’ is now open for the new study: The World Market
for Smart Home Energy Management Systems -2012 Edition. Sample output
tables are available for this report, upon request.
Companies that participate in the
research for this project (by undertaking a telephone interview and,
where relevant, completing a brief questionnaire) are now able to
receive all three report volumes for the price of only two.
This study includes three regional
volumes (EMEA, Americas & Asia Pacific) which together provide the
size of the market in 2010 & 2011, and forecasts for the years 2012
to 2016, for the uptake of eleven smart home energy management devices,
for 26 countries and sub-regions.
[an error occurred while processing this directive]This study will forecast the markets
for: electricity meters, thermostats, in-home displays,
intelligent/smart plugs, electric water heaters, home appliances,
residential electric vehicle chargers, residential PV systems, discrete
energy managers and gateways (e.g., dedicated ‘appliance managers’),
integrated energy managers and gateways (where this function is
integrated into an existing device, such as a set-top box or home
gateway), and other smart load-control devices. For the market for each
device type in each country or sub-region, unit shipments, revenues and
average selling prices are forecast, segmented by utility or retail
markets. Full breakdown of the HAN communications types are also
included, by device & by country. For further information, please
see p2 of the attached document, or email/phone me to discuss.
Please contact me if you have any
questions, would like to review the sample output tables, or would be
willing to participate in the research for this study.
