The OPC Foundation is a non-profit
international standards organization dedicated in providing the best
specifications, technology, process and certification to achieve
multi-vendor multi-platform secure reliable interoperability for moving
data and information from the embedded world to the enterprise.
To this end, we have a plan.
Our goal is to provide a convenient and free opportunity to learn about
open standards, OPC UA, a chance to meet with leaders in the
interoperability field - in one day, in one place and at no cost.
Oh, and did I say no cost to attendees? What could be better?
As a non-profit standards organization, we are constantly seeking the
best (and yes, least expensive) way to inform corporate leaders, IT
professionals, students and all interested in IT a chance to learn more
about open standards, their place in this constantly changing arena of
IIot, Industre 4.0, the Cloud and beyond and how this knowledge will
benefit their life, their career and their company.
The OPC Foundation will be holding a North America Seminar Tour (which
is free to attendees) starting September 26 in San Diego and traveling
to 7 more cities around NA (see https://opcfoundation.org/event-details/?ee=76)
