ICS integrates COSMOS-Design and Submittal Tool to Suite of Products Booth 3656

AHR 2005 - ICS will be showcasing our advanced cost estimating solution, CONCERTO. In addition, we will also be announcing a new software tool named COSMOS. Target applications include: Building Automation, Security and Access, Life Safety and Integration projects. COSMOS is a design and submittal preparation tool that operates as a stand-alone utility or can be fully integrated with the Concerto estimating solution.

Some COSMOS highlights that will be covered during the show include:

1. Organization and assembly of Project Submittal information.

2. Management of schematics, B.O.M. equipment lists, sequences of operations, product data sheets, and any other project details for submittal to clients or installation package preparation.

3. Creation of system schematics direct from item database, drag and drop.

4. Creation of valve, I/O point and damper schedules.

5. Electronic conversion between fact-based Cost Estimates  and System Designs.

6. Support of as-built documentation preparation including cost comparisons and data storage for historical analysis.
