2012 Testing Window 1 Application Deadline:
If you plan to take your ISA certification exam during the first 2012
Testing Window (1 March 2012 – 28 February 2013), you must submit your
application online or postmark it by Sunday, 15 January 2012.

1) Go to www.isa.org/certify, select the certification program of choice, and choose "Apply" in the left navigation bar.
2) Complete the online form and click the "Submit" button.
