December 1, 2011 – Eden Prairie, MN - Controller Sensors LLC
(“Controller Sensors”), a Delaware Limited Liability Company, announced
today the purchase of the assets of AutoTran, Inc. (“AutoTran”), a
Minneapolis based manufacturer of sensor based control products for the
HVAC industry.
Controller Sensors is managed by Terry Dauenhauer, its President and
founder. Mr. Dauenhauer most recently was Chief Executive Officer
of Innovex, Inc., employing over 3,000 people in Minnesota and Chiang
Mai, Thailand.
Prior to Innovex, Inc., Mr. Dauenhauer was Vice President of Operations
for Seagate’s Thailand operation and employed over 30,000 people in
Bangkok and Korat, Thailand.
Mr. Dauenhauer has also held management positions at Fairchild Semiconductor, Texas Instruments and National Semiconductor.

Mr. Dauenhauer expects to initiate support of former AutoTran
customers, immediately. Controller Sensors has purchased all
AutoTran assets, tangible and intangible, and now leases the building
previously occupied by AutoTran.
