New Expo Promises to Define Emerging Marketplace for Internet and Technology Sector

Smart devices find a home in the machine-to-machine marketplace, and the marketplace finds a home at the M2M Expo

Dallas, TX - The market for smart devices is expanding its reach with the development and promotion of the Machine-to-Machine (M2M) space. M2M Expo is the first global show focused on the M2M market, its industry leaders and the latest technology breakthroughs. While the players involved in this emerging market previously had to go to numerous tradeshows and venues within a wide variety of business sectors, the M2M Expo will be the first opportunity for these companies to come together for the sole discipline of M2M. In addition to exhibition space, four M2M subject areas will be covered with sessions on Application Opportunities, Adoption Environment, Technology Roadmap and Business Models.

M2M defines the way machines communicate, how they use data, and most importantly how the world interacts with them. Scheduled for April 13-15, 2004 at the Adam’s Mark Hotel and Conference Center in Dallas, Texas, this event will be a defining moment of this emerging market. Co-located with BuilConn 2004, the networked buildings industry’s pre-eminent expo and conference, attendees will have the added benefit of gaining insight into the buildings marketplace, a primary adopter of M2M solutions.
