Instructed by Ira Goldschmidt, P.E., LEEDŽ AP

This program brings together two of today's hottest topics -- intelligent building design and LEED certification, showing you what technologies are currently available, and how they are being successfully applied to achieve LEED certified, truly intelligent buildings.

The last two decades have seen extraordinary advances in the technologies available to render buildings operationally intelligent, including critical advances in both communications (including the internet) and artificial intelligence technologies. The LEED certification program's goal of "transforming the building market" has also become an important driving force, helping finally to make the true intelligent building a reality. This two-hour seminar gives you the opportunity to learn from a leading expert about the key aspects of intelligent building technologies, and how they can be effectively used in a LEED certification program.
