Schaumburg, IL (February 2013) – eSight Energy releases a minimum of two new software versions per year and is committed to continuously enhancing eSight Energy Management Software’s functionality to meet legislative requirements and Market standards. Due for release this Spring, eSight version 2013.1 boasts a number of product and feature enhancements.

One of the key changes in this version is the new SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) that will allow for greater customization of eSight Reports and faster report generation. The new reporting package allows organizations to link to their own SSRS Server and take advantage of resident SQL experts to create new reports which may be integrated into their eSight system.

In addition to the new reporting package, eSight version 2013.1 will include a new wizard driven reporting interface to help guide eSight users through the Report creation process.

Control Solutions, Inc Janie Jefferies-Freer, President at eSight Energy said, “We are excited to announce eSight’s new 2013.1 release which contains some major advances in EMS technology. In addition to the new SSRS reporting package, this year our eSight development team has also focused on speed. The software runs in some instances up to 10x faster, to get you large amounts of data quickly. We have also introduced some cutting edge design changes to enhance both the user experience, and the way that data can be manipulated. We are extremely proud of this version and we hope our customers enjoy the release.”

Some of the additional new features include speed improvements, new Express page designs and branding options, additions to the Analysis module (including an Alarm Profile analysis), and enhancements to Tenant Billing, Calculated Meters and League Table analysis.
