Intelligent and energy-efficient technologies highlight key trends at ISH China & CIHE 2015; Turkey Pavilion debuts with cutting-edge HVAC solutions; Fair receives strong support from prominent industry associations

Asia’s largest HVAC and sanitation exhibition, ISH China & CIHE – the China International Trade Fair for Sanitation, Heating, Ventilation & Air-Conditioning, will be held from 13 – 15 May 2015. Organised by Messe Frankfurt (Shanghai) Co Ltd and Beijing B&D Tiger Exhibition Co Ltd, the show will take place in Beijing at the New China International Exhibition Center. The three-day event, covering more than 90,000 sqm of exhibition space and occupying seven halls, expects to welcome over 1,100 exhibitors and 45,000 professional visitors.

The past decade of economic growth in China has provided unprecedented development in its building construction industry. Currently, the four concepts vital to the country’s rapid urbanisation are integration, intelligent, green and low carbon. Smart technologies such as Internet of Things, cloud computing and big data have the power to create intelligent and sustainable cities, and can revolutionise the building industry in China.

To accommodate growing demand for smart technologies, ISH China & CIHE has confirmed its cooperation with the National Technical Committee 426 on Digital Technique of Intelligent Building and Residence Community of Standardisation Administration of China. Together, they will organise the “China International HVAC Congress – Intelligent HVAC Technologies”. “Building Automation and Control System on HVAC Application” will be one of the major themes of the congress that aims to provide a platform for manufacturers, engineers, system integrators, construction design institutes, energy saving service providers and end-users to discuss the future trends of intelligent HVAC technologies. Additionally, leading industry brands including BASIC, Ferroli, Hailin, Jaga and Runa will showcase their latest intelligent HVAC control products at the event.

Turkey Pavilion debuts with cutting-edge HVAC solutions

Over the years, the export of Turkish HVAC products to China has grown at an exponential rate. In order to capitalise on this booming market for high-quality and efficient HVAC products, more and more Turkish brands are choosing ISH China & CIHE as their selected platform to exhibit new products and technologies.

In conjunction with a confirmed mix of exhibitors from around the world, the Turkey Pavilion will make their first appearance at the 2015 show. Turkey’s domestic HVAC market is reaching maturity and individual exhibitors participating in previous editions have experienced successful results. Consequently, the confirmed Turkish exhibitors’ booth space increased by 50% compared to the previous edition. Leading exhibitors to take part in the Turkey Pavilion include Borpan, Caldera, Chorka, Dizayn, E.C.A, Gassero, Peksa, Sanica, Termo Teknik and others.

Fair receives strong support from prominent industry associations

Air pollution is currently one of China’s main environmental concerns. To minimise air quality deterioration within the country, in 2014, the government published a series of action plans to better control pollution, promote energy efficiency and reduce emissions.

In response to China’s energy-saving policies, ISH China & CIHE has partnered with the Heat Pump Industry Committee of China Energy Conservation Association and China Ventilation Mechanical Industry Alliance. Together, they organised the “China International HVAC Congress”. The congress offers a series of discussion topics addressing the industry’s top issues and current breakthroughs. It also serves as a premier platform for acquiring knowledge on heating technologies by allowing experts to share their industry experience.

Mr Song Zhongkui, Secretary General of Heat Pump Industry Committee of China Energy Conservation Association, expressed: “Over the years, China’s heat pump technologies are developing at a rapid rate. ISH China & CIHE is headed by the biennial ISH event in Frankfurt, Germany.
