Sontay Showcases Innovation at ISH

Sontay, the market leader in control peripheral devices, will be launching new product innovations at this year’s ISH event, taking place from 10-14 March 2015 at Messe Frankfurt. Visitors to the BACnet stand in Hall 10, level 3, Booth A61 will be able to see Sontay’s new Smart Communication Sensor, the exciting touchscreen thermostat as well as additions to the ground-breaking SonNet system.

ISH has been taking place for over 50 years and is the world’s leading trade fair for building services, air conditioning technology and the energy industry. With everything from sustainable sanitation solutions and energy efficient heating technologies to environmentally friendly air-conditioning, cooling and ventilation technology, the trade fair covers all aspects of future-oriented building solutions.

Visitors to the BACnet stand will be able to interact with the new Sontay Smart Communication Sensor, which combines smart connectivity with intelligent sensing. The Sontay Smart Communication Sensors can be individually tailored and offer complete environmental sensing with just one sensor monitoring a number or variables including temperature, CO2, relative humidity, air quality and fan speed. The data collected from the sensors can then be communicated through BACnet MS/TP.

With three versions available, the thermostat can monitor heating, cooling and external temperatures depending on the model. It has a stylish design that will fit well in the modern interiors of commercial buildings.

In addition to this the Sontay SonNet wireless solution will be on display, which now incorporates a new CO2 sensor, innovative I/O module and volt free contact inputs for adding wired switches or pulsed inputs from metering into the system. The latest addition to the SonNet family if the SonNet powered by SIP product. This enables simple integration with Trend and BACnet systems so that even more installers can benefit from the advantages SonNet can offer.
