Distech Controls Celebrates its 25th Anniversary with AHR 2020 Social

Brossard, Canada – January 31, 2020 – Distech Controls is excited to announce its 25th anniversary as a company connecting people with intelligent building solutions through forward-thinking technologies and services. Over the years, the company has experienced significant growth internationally, with sales divisions and regional offices strategically located in North America, Europe, Asia, Australia and the Middle East.

Distech Controls has a global network of more than 500 authorized system integrators and distributors that provide products and solutions to multiple market segments. To celebrate the anniversary, the Distech Controls team has planned events and activities during AHR Expo 2020, extending the AHR community to celebrate along with them.

For its 25th anniversary kick-off, the company will exhibit at the AHR Expo in Orlando, Florida from February 3-5, 2020 in the Orange County Convention Center’s West Hall, booth number 881. The following technology innovations will be on display: the ECYLPSE Controller Series (supports smart building controls for unified HVAC, lighting and shades control), the UNIWAVE (wireless room interfaces) and the myPersonify Workplace (an app which connects to the Building Management System (BMS) to provide employees with more workplace connectivity).

Over the last 25 years, the solutions from Distech Controls have evolved from room sensors and controllers for dimming lights and sensing occupancy to networked controls that connect to the BMS, providing data for the facility manager to monitor the facility or the building owner to expand to tenants with SaaS-based services.
