Plexus Technology launches latest Enterprise Automation System Booth #2424

Plexus Technology is to launch their latest Web based Enterprise Automation System at ASHRAE 2004 in Anaheim, CA. The solution will provide Enterprise level Web Serving solutions to existing sites and provide the ability to monitor and control these systems from a standard Web Browser.

Targeted at multi-building facilities that are linked via a corporate intranet, the Plexus Enterprise Automation System addresses the systems integrators engineering requirements, full compliance with the IT Specialist and meets the End Users operational needs, and is all delivered through a standard Web browser.

At the core of the Plexus Enterprise Automation System is ALTITUDE, a powerful Java-based web-serving application. ALTITUDE enables facilities management or process information to be served to standard web browser clients without the need to install any special software or plug-ins.

Plexus EAS deploys the power of open web-server technology - support for multiple clients, industrial strength security, and tailored information displays to fully meet each operator requirement.

Support for many of the open protocols including LonWorks (LNS), BACnet, Modbus and OPC, plus a number of proprietary protocols also (i.e. TAC’s I/NET System and TREND).

As well as providing monitoring and control capabilities via the Web, the Plexus Web Servers also provide powerful alarm handling, data logging and time scheduling. Web Pages can be created without the knowledge of HTML or JAVA Scripting using the Altitude Pilot engineering tool providing real added value to your installations.
