An overview of what you can expect to see and
experience:
Applications Track
Niagara enjoys usage across a wide variety of market segments. Niagara
practitioners around the world bring their own unique talents and vision to
their applications. This track will provide a look at a wide range of real world
applications. Presented by both end users and systems integrators, the session
will provide attendees with a 360 degree view of installations across a number
of markets including:
Residential
Retail
Commercial Office Buildings
Hospitality
Telecommunications
Access Control and Security
M2M Track
Man to Machine, Machine to Machine, Device to Enterprise, the continued
proliferation of smart devices is creating new opportunities for the Niagara
Community. The goal of this session is to provide attendees with detailed
information on the latest trends across a range of key technologies that fall
into the M2M category. The track will include presentations from recognized
industry experts, Niagara practitioners and Tridium personnel. Key topics will
include:
Wireless
IP Networks
Enterprise Connectivity and Web Services

Developers Track
NiagaraAX is an open development platform that allows developers to create
their own value added applications. A special track targeted at software
application developers will provide attendees with detailed sessions presented
by members of Tridium’s engineering team.
Business Track
NiagaraAX is more than a new release of the Framework. It is a comprehensive
software platform that addresses Internet-based automation and M2M applications.
It has been designed to address a wide range of needs from the device level to
the enterprise. This session will explore key capabilities of AX in order to
help partners understand how it can be used to provide solutions and be used as
a foundation for new business offerings.
