Eagle Releases ProLink II Web-based Service Request Module

MEQUON, WISCONSIN - (JANUARY 9, 2007) - Eagle Technology, Inc. announced the release of ProLink II, it’s web-based service request module, now available to all ProTeus V Professional and Enterprise Edition users. ProLink II represents a major step forward in the efficiency and capabilities for tracking demand work orders in the enterprise according to Harshad Shah, CEO of Eagle. This is a capability many users will benefit from and we have been looking forward to, said Roland Gutknecht, Director of Customer Service at Environmental Systems, a Waukesha, Wisconsin based Building Automation Contractor and user of ProTeus V Enterprise. “This will allow any of our clients anywhere, to be able to notify us immediately of the need for service without having to pick up a phone.
