Lee’s Summit, MO., January 14, 2014 - Lynxspring, a premier developer and provider of open platform control solutions for building automation, energy management and device-to-enterprise integration today announced that the company has named F. Allen Biegel Director of our new Engineering Services team.

“We are delighted Allen is expanding his responsibility in this new management role as Director of our Engineering Services team.  We have been approached on many occasions to assist our Lynxspring Business Partners to provide engineering services for them and their customers.  Allen brings a history of leadership and experience to help the Engineering Service team maintain the integrity and service that has helped make Lynxspring a leading provider in the Building Automation and Energy Management Industry.” said Terry Swope, President and CEO of Lynxspring.

[an error occurred while processing this directive] At Lynxspring Mr. Biegel manages National Accounts customers as well as oversees the help desk and professional services group. The help desk group provides technical assistance to theLynxspring Business Partner channel and OEM partners.  The professional services group provides engineering services, related to application and configuration of the Niagara platform, on site commissioning and installation as well as research and development with new products offered by Lynxspring.  Prior to joining Lynxspring, Mr. Biegel came from the consulting engineering field, as a Finlay Engineering Graduate he spent 15 years in the National Account arena. Mr. Biegel spent many years’ designing electrical and mechanical systems for numerous National Accounts.  Most recently he was Director of Project Management, for Larson Binkley Inc., and was responsible for 12 Project managers and hundreds of projects per year in the retail industry.  He was involved with the corporate expansion of a specific fast food chain for the construction of over 1500 stores in an 18 month period.  In his career he has been involved with thousands of stores in the retail, restaurant or entertainment industry.
