Tuesday, May 6, 2014 - Deal will integrate award-winning LOBOS energy consumption software with Yardi’s real estate platform

SANTA BARBARA, CALIF. (Businesswire) – Yardi® announced today that it has acquired Enerliance, a leading developer of energy efficiency software.

Enerliance produces the Load Based Optimization System (LOBOS), an intelligent HVAC platform that significantly reduces energy consumption in large buildings and campuses.  LOBOS also enables automated demand response participation and system-level fault detection and diagnostics.
