Sontay Joins the BCIA

Sontay, the market leading manufacturer and distributor of field control devices, has become a member of the Building Controls Industry Association (BCIA), which represents companies that manufacture, install and maintain building controls and Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS).

The aim of the BCIA is to promote better understanding, application and use of building controls through training, regular meetings and working groups. The Association also looks to increase market awareness among specifiers and end-users about the importance of good specification, design and installation.

Sontay has been manufacturing in the building controls industry for over 40 years now. The company manufactures and supplies peripheral products, such as sensors and switches, into the HVAC and climate control market. Its products are primarily sold to systems integrators who design and install systems for commercial and industrial buildings but it also has a strong distribution network.
