Cary, NC – November 14, 2011 - Automated Facility Solutions, (AFS) is expanding their Building Automation Solutions team into the Virginia market.

AFS announces the acquisition of Service Logic partner company, Joyner’s Mechanical.  With offices in both Richmond and Chesapeake, AFS will provide superior solutions to individual and multi-site facilities throughout commonwealth Virginia.  With a Certified Energy Manager on staff, AFS offers customized solutions that achieve both LEED accreditation and Energy Star approval.  Building owners and managers will notice reduced building operating expenses, ease of building maintenance through technologically advanced web based control systems and a comfortable environment for occupants.
