Attributes 358 Percent Revenue Growth to Company’s Dedication to Innovation
[Brossard, QC, November 13, 2013] — Distech Controls, an innovation
leader in energy management solutions, announced it ranked 315th on
Deloitte’s 2013 Technology Fast 500™. This program lists the fastest
growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and clean
technology companies in North America. Distech Controls also received
the award of being Canada’s 28th fastest growing technology company in
the Deloitte Technology Fast 50™ for technological innovation,
entrepreneurship, rapid growth and leadership. Rankings for both
programs are based on percentage of fiscal year revenue growth over
five years, with Distech Controls reporting an increase in revenues of
358 percent from 2008 to 2012.

To qualify for the Deloitte Technology Fast 50TM ranking, companies
must have been in business for at least five years, have revenues of at
least $5 million, be headquartered in Canada, own proprietary
technology, and conduct research and development activities in Canada.
A panel of industry experts evaluates and judges companies based on
four key criteria: competitive advantage; size, growth, and market
attractiveness; management effectiveness and organization; and
financial performance.

conducted by Deloitte & Touche LLP, provides a ranking of the
fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences
and clean technology companies – both public and private - in North
America. Technology Fast 500 award winners are selected based on
percentage fiscal year revenue growth from 2008 to 2012.
In order to be eligible for Technology Fast 500 recognition, companies
must own proprietary intellectual property or technology that is sold
