RICHMOND,
VIRGINIA (November 5, 2018) -- Project Haystack
(www.project-haystack.org) a 501(c) non-profit organization focused on
developing common standards to streamline the interchange and
interoperability of data among IoT devices, smart equipment and
systems, today announced the first nine sponsors of the 2019 Haystack
Connect Conference.
Community Champions are J2 Innovations and Key2Act. Platinum Sponsors
are Bueno Systems, Conserve It, KMC Controls and SkyFoundry, Gold
Sponsor is Lynxspring, and Media Sponsors are Automated Buildings and
Memoori Research.
“Registration has been open less than one month and to already have
such strong support from the Haystack community is a testament to how
important this event is to everyone,” said John Petze, Executive
Director of Project Haystack. “This conference encourages collaboration
among attendees that can’t be found elsewhere and attendees recognize
the value that brings.”
The fourth biennial Haystack Connect conference will take place May
13-15, 2019 at the Paradise Point Resort and Spa in San Diego,
California. The event provides a unique, open-forum for professionals
involved in automation, control and the Internet of Things to learn and
share the latest technologies and techniques for connecting systems and
utilizing device data in applications including intelligent buildings,
energy management, remote monitoring, and other IoT devices and
applications.
Haystack Connect 2019 sponsorship offers organizations the opportunity
to make connections, build name recognition, brand loyalty, reach new
customers, and sell products and services to a targeted audience. Most
sponsorships also include complimentary exhibit space in the Haystack
Connect Vendor Showcase. Opportunities to become a sponsor are still
available. To learn more about becoming a sponsor, visit:

About Project Haystack
Since its formation in March of 2011, the Project Haystack Organization
(a 501(c) non-profit trade association) has been providing the industry
with an open-source, collaborative environment to address the challenge
of making data self-describing using semantic modeling, also known as
data tagging. The work developed by the Project Haystack member
companies and community streamlines the process of managing, presenting
and analyzing the vast amount of data produced by smart devices and
equipment systems. The Haystack methodology can be used with virtually
any type of system and device data and is not tied to any vendor or
communication protocol.
