Former BOMA International Chairman Dave Hewett Joins AirAdvice Advisory Team

PORTLAND,
Ore. – October 19, 2010 — Former Building Owners and Managers
Association International (BOMA) Chairman Dave Hewett will work with Portland,
Ore. energy efficiency developer AirAdvice, the leading developer of cutting
edge technology and programs for improving buildings’ energy efficiency and
performance, on extending AirAdvice’s programs further into the commercial real
estate owner community both locally and nationally.

to integrate with corporate real estate clients. A Principal with CB Richard
Ellis (fka) Trammell Crow Company, Global Services, Hewett served as an
Alliance Director for 11 years, specializing in large-portfolio outsourcing of
institutional and corporate commercial real estate services. His clients have
included institutional, corporate, municipal and private entities, such as
Microsoft, PMC-Sierra, Pitney Bowes, Pacific Gas & Electric, United States
GSA, Austin Energy and Comerica Bank. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice
President & Designated Broker with Scherzer Real Estate Group, Inc.

2005 to 2006, Hewett was Chairman of BOMA International, after four years on the BOMA International Board of
Trustees Executive Committee. In 1998, Hewett was president of the Portland
Building Owners and Managers Association. He has also served as president of
the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Chapter #29, as well as on the
Board of Trustees of International Facility Management Association (IFMA) Foundation.
Hewett
holds designations as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (C.C.I.M.),
Certified Property Manager (C.P.M.), Real Property Administrator (R.P.A.),
Certified Facilities Manager (C.F.M.), Facilities Management Administrator
(F.M.A.), Counselor of Real Estate (C.R.E.), and is a licensed broker in
Oregon.
Hewett obtained his B.S. in Business with an
emphasis on Organization Development from the University of Colorado.
