BAS-o-matic - Protocol Analyzer V. 6.1
October 2012 - The latest version of the Cimetrics BAS-o-matic -BACnet Protocol
Analyzer is now available with the following new implementation and
BAS-o-matic can capture and analyze Internet and Local Area Network (LAN) data traffic in an IT, Building Automation, or Industrial Automation Network. This platform currently supports BACnet/Ethernet, BACnet/IP, BACnet MS/TP, Modbus/TCP, Modbus RTU.
This tool can be used to verify proper communications between
automation devices and to debug system problems. For example, if
devices from different manufacturers are not communicating correctly,
you can easily capture the command and response sequence between these
devices, save this to a file, and then e-mail this file to the device
manufacturers support staff for analysis.

If you would like to upgrade to this version, please feel free to download and install the latest version by clicking on the link below and go to the "Documentation" tab
Once installation is complete, ensure that your existing USB Dongle is
plugged in and start the application. Upon starting the application a
string is displayed in the message window. Copy this string and email
it to firstname.lastname@example.org
The cost of the upgrade is $345/-license.
Upon receiving your software upgrade license, place it in the application directory and restart the application (make sure your USB dongle is also plugged in). It should now start in a licensed mode.
