(LAS VEGAS) –INVIEWlabs, Nevada’s leading provider of Building Information Modeling (BIM), custom software programming, and technology consulting services today announced the acquisition of the Las Vegas-based Reliant Programming and Web Services, a web programming and development, web hosting, database migration, system analysis and integration company.

“Adding that team to our existing programmers provides us with the capability to service all existing Reliant clients, focus on our in-house software development, and rapidly expand our custom programming services to our national and global clients,” Gary Siroky, President of INVIEWlabs said.

Siroky described the acquisition as a natural progression for both companies. The acquisition provides INVIEWlabs with the resources to deliver comprehensive software solutions.

“The biggest impact this deal will have is that all of these resources are now under one roof,” he said.

Reliant principal Mark Eslinger said the acquisition made complete sense, and he and his team are happy to join the uniquely talented group at INVIEWlabs.

“The timing is just perfect. There is nobody else out there doing what we are doing, that can offer the same services in one firm,” he said.
