ANDOVER CONTROLS NAMES RICHARD V. FOCKE, DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

[an error occurred while processing this directive]Andover, Mass. - Andover Controls Corporation, a leading high-tech manufacturer of "Intelligent Building Systems" for HVAC, security management, and process control applications, has named Richard V. Focke as its new Director of Marketing. Rick, a resident of North Andover, Massachusetts, will be responsible for Andover's corporate marketing program, developing the company's long-range marketing strategy and product direction, and implementing Andover's on-going advertising and publicity efforts.

Focke is a 1980 magna cum laude graduate of Bucknell University, Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. During his 13 year career at Andover Controls, he has worked in product applications, training, pre-sales support, and product management. In 1998, Focke transferred to Andover's United Kingdom office in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, where he worked for two-and-one-half years to expand Andover Controls' card access and security business throughout the UK and Europe.

Focke has been a member of the ASHRAE (the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers) for 12 years.
