BACnet® International Announces PlugFest 2011

Atlanta, GA – (August 15, 2011) - BACnet® International today announced that PlugFest 2011, the industry’s foremost workshop for companies to perform interoperability testing for their BACnet® enabled solutions, will take place November 15th to 17th in Atlanta, GA. As the 12th annual interoperability workshop, the event is expected to be the largest to date - with participation from over 100 engineers from over 30 different companies, representing 6 different countries.

PlugFest 2011 will permit vendors to test their BACnet products in a neutral and friendly environment with BACnet devices from other vendors. Previous events have demonstrated the effectiveness of PlugFest where engineers improved their BACnet implementations and testing methods. PlugFest 2011 will take place at the Westin Atlanta Perimeter North in Atlanta, GA from November 15th to 17th. Any company with a BACnet® product that is released or at beta level of maturity is eligible to participate.
