Her background in technology, software and engineering spans 30 years across early internet and search technologies, the digitation of music, the first telematics devices in cars, the rollout of fibre and DSLAMs, private cloud & collaboration solutions in construction and building operations. She is now an investor and has a portfolio of Board seats in climate, agtech and additive manufacturing companies and is pretty proud of her Dad and Mom for creating this amazing little piece of the internet. Etrit Demaj is the cofounder of KODE Labs, an international cloud-based vendor-agnostic and open operating system for smart buildings. After working in the real estate industry for over 15 years, Etrit gained deep knowledge and realized the built world was a goldmine of under-leveraged data. He founded KODE, with his brother, Edi Demaj, to bring forth a suite of software products that help the real estate industry embrace the benefits of cloud computing, data engineering, machine learning and other developments in technology faster than ever before. Cory Clarke, Chief Product Officer, Neeve
Cory Clarke is the Chief Product Officer at Neeve, a pioneering technology company focused on smart building solutions. With a background in architecture and over 20 years in software development and digital product innovation, Cory brings a unique blend of expertise in buildings and technology. Previously, he led product initiatives for major organizations like WeWork and RXR, shaping digital experiences and scalable infrastructure for the real estate industry. At Neeve, Cory drives the development of secure, scalable edge cloud infrastructure, empowering building operations, sustainability, and innovation. Cory has spoken at a range of technology and real estate industry events, including Realcomm, NexusCon, MIPIM, and SXSW, and has held adjunct professor roles at Columbia University and the Pratt Institute.
