Scott Holstein has been the Regional Sales Manager for ABB HVAC Building Automation and Controls since March 2022. His primary focus is fostering the growth of ABB’s System Integrator channel within his region’s 12 states.
Before his time with ABB, Scott spent six years with a competitive manufacturer of building automation products for HVAC, access, and lighting control systems. He advanced to Director of Sales and Marketing, managing a team that spearheaded the company’s new business development throughout the US.
Scott Holstein has been a long-time influencer in building technology implementation in commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and hospitality markets. His passion lies in educating building operators and integrators on innovative solutions that pave the way for a connected and sustainable future.

Haroon Rashid is the Senior Business Development Manager for Smart Buildings and Smart Cities at Phoenix Contact. He is focused on developing go to market strategies, identifying and developing repeatable solutions, and establish technology collaboration with IoT companies. Haroon was one of the founding members of Pennsylvania Automated Vehicle Coalition, senior member of IEEE and chairs/leads the Industry Value Proposition committee at Phoenix Contact. He is also part of the NEMA High Performance Buildings’ Data Center Security Work Group.
