ANDOVER CONTROLS ACQUIRES INTEGRAL TECHNOLOGIES

Digital CCTV Recording And Security Integration Software Enhances Offering of Products and Services. 

Andover, Mass. — Andover Controls Corporation announced today that it has acquired Integral Technologies, Inc., a leading developer of digital imaging solutions and products for the security and surveillance industry.

ANDOVER CONTROLS NAMES KEVIN G. SWEENEY VP OF ENGINEERING

Andover, Mass. — Andover Controls Corporation, a leading high-tech manufacturer of “Intelligent Building Systems” for HVAC, security management, and process control applications, has named Kevin G. Sweeney as its new Vice President of Engineering. Sweeney will be responsible for Andover's R&D along with workstation and embedded products engineering. 

Sweeney, a 1980 graduate of Merrimack College, North Andover, Massachusetts, with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, has worked in the Andover Controls Engineering Department for more than 20 years. His career at Andover has spanned from hardware design to software development before taking his first management role with the company as Manger of Controller Software in 1988. 

According to Sweeney, Andover Controls will continue to improve their current Continuum™ product line as well as further expand their development of web-based user interfaces and building control applications. 

Sweeney has served as a member of the ASHRAE (the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers) SSPC 135 BACnet ® Committee for eight years.
