American Auto-Matrix (AAM) introduces the Evolution Series

contemporary EXPORT, PA, - American Auto-Matrix (AAM) introduces the Evolution Series-the next generation in Smart Building Controls. This new product line was launched in October 2000.

Building on AAM's legacy of innovative and technologically advanced "firsts," the Evolution Series product line is a high-tech building automation system that is smarter, faster and sleeker-in a word, better. True to AAM philosophy, the Evolution Series offers true generation-to-generation compatibility, enhancing cost effectiveness and system reliability. It also offers interoperability through the use of traditional AAM open protocols as well as the capability to add industry standard protocols like BACnet®.

A highlight of the Evolution Series is AAM's newly developed Motor Management Technology™. This technology extends actuator life and saves energy. Features of the Evolution Series include state-of-the-art digital sensor technology, Motorola processors, true pixel oriented graphical display and improved mounting design ¾ resulting in a highly advanced and innovative product line. American Auto-Matrix is the first U.S. customer to utilize Motorola's newest HC12 processor in its products.
