CI -- Multi-site Industrial Electronics Manufacturer looks for OEM's - Booth #6391
[an error occurred while processing this directive]When you’re looking to form a long-term relationship with a contract electronics manufacturing service, you need to find a production partner that provides you with superior service, quality and reliability. But you also look at the bottom line, so you need a contractor that continually evaluates the production and design process to find ways to reduce your costs while maintaining high quality standards. That means increased profits, and everybody strives for that.
There's NO QUESTION... Smart OEM companies are increasing market share with advantages gained through outsourcing to their chosen Electronics Manufacturing Service. According to Technology Forecasters, it's a matter of when, not if OEM's will outsource their electronics manufacturing and start taking advantage of all that has to offer. When you're looking for an EMS to produce the electronic content for your products, think about where you are now... and where you want to be in the future. To get there, you need relationships with partners who understand your business, who want to see you succeed, and who understand the value of trust in a business relationship. Our customers are our Production Partners, with whom we value long-term, strategic relationships. Outsourcing to CI comes with a unique feature... comfort. CI’s value-added services are designed to do just that. Because, choosing CI as your EMS partner will be a comfortable decision.
CI has extensive experience manufacturing electronics and controls for Industrial and Commercial markets such as for HVAC, Instruments, Instrumentation, Motor Controls, etc. in Medium to High Volumes. We have historically provided Total manufacturing and supply chain support for the OEM by manufacturing to fulfill their PCB assembly (SMT, THT, Mixed technology) and complete system (box build) and related packaging requirements.
Target Customer Profile: CI is actively looking for new OEM’s for customers. We refer to our customers as our "Production Partners." For optimum results, OEM's compatible with CI should have the willingness to strategically partner with a desire of maintaining a long term relationship. Have annual product demand of at least $1 Million (at least by year two of the relationship). CI's target production volumes could range from several hundred to several hundred thousand per year for each of (as few as) any one part number to (as many as) 100 part numbers. For a good match, we understand that CI operations need to be size, growth and technologically compatible with your organization and have manufacturing capability in a logistically reasonable location. Headquartered in the Midwest, with a current satellite facility in the South - shipping and logistics are a snap. Among business CI recognizes as compatible and attractive to us, include, but is not limited to: Commercial electronics, Industrial electronics and controls; AC and DC Motor controllers; controls and modules; Electronic Instruments, Complete "box build" product assembly.

Congratulations to all employees at the Logansport Plant for their successful efforts in achieving certification to QS 9000.
President and CEO Frank Violi said, "This is a significant step for Controls/inc, and it speaks volumes about what can be accomplished when everyone pulls together. It also demonstrates our commitment to excellence as we voluntarily raise our standards to better serve our customers."
The QS 9000 Quality System Requirements include all of the ISO 9002 elements, as well as additionally prescribed activities set forth by the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG), a joint venture of General Motors, Ford and Daimler/Chrysler.
NSF, the corporation's registrar, recommended the certification after conducting an extensive four-day quality system audit.
