Houston, TX - January 8, 2001

An innovative new electronic control with remote sensor probes for the detection of levels of condensation in the primary, as well as the secondary, collection pan has been introduced by Water Gard, Inc.

With the exclusive split sensor design, Water Gard II is ideal for commercial and residential installations on a/c systems that have no secondary drain, or for application in areas with sensitive inventory such as computer rooms or electrical stations.

The Water Gard II system reacts to a conductance activated probe that sets off a series of events when triggered by a rising water level. First it initiates and counts down a time delay then it shuts the a/c system off into hard lockout while simultaneously illuminating a warning light informing the user of the problematic condition.

Water Gard II System The split sensor design allows installation into even the tightest of areas offered in most primary drains. By effectively monitoring the level of collected condensation, the new Water Gard II system, with its unique, patented design provides the following benefits:

Color-coded installation instructions and a training video make WATER GARD II technician friendly. Installation time is 20-25 minutes.

Water Gard II has a three-year product warranty and a 24-hour toll free tech support line.
