Located in the heart of San Francisco's prestigious financial district, the newly renovated 300 California Street building will be the home of numerous .COM companies including, Buzzsaw.com (funded by Autodesk), and the hugely successful Internet division of the GAP.

The Owners of the property, ATC Partners of San Francisco, chose BuildingSmart over traditional security solutions because of the benefits Ortega's Web-enabled application provide property managers and owners.
