LA CROSSE, WI -- - May 15, 2000 The release of an Extranet Web Site, ComfortSite^(TM), was announced today by The Trane Company. A leading provider of indoor comfort systems, Trane announced the release of ComfortSite to its company-owned dealer sales offices. This business solution will streamline orders, manage warranty claims and enhance communications between Trane dealer sales offices and their respective dealers and contractors.

ComfortSite will offer real time inventory access to streamline ordering processes. This critical business function will allow increased service and provide more accurate, up-to-date information when responding to their customers' needs.

Extensive product information, marketing materials, expedited warranty claims management and a sales proposal builder are just a few of the features that dealers and contractors can access from ComfortSite.
