(ESUSA), the nation's leading supplier of multi-vendor products and services in the building automation industry, is pleased to announce the introduction of NexSys Workstation 2.0 at the International Air-Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Exposition in Dallas, Texas. ESUSA is displaying NexSys Workstation 2.0 at this international show, the world's largest conference and exhibition focused on products and services provided for the Air-Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration industry. This advanced building automation system software has now been integrated with Echelon's LONWORKS® Network Services (LNS) network operating system. "By building this newest release on top of the LNS network operating system, we were able to increase our capability to integrate third party LONWORKS products into a complete and open system," said John Gnadinger, Director of Engineering at ESUSA. "Furthermore, since the NexSys Workstation can now use LNS plug-ins, any third-party device that has a LNS plug-in can be configured as easily as our own devices." Additional capabilities in the new release include: panel level trending, enhanced security, DDE support, LONMARK® 3.1 compatibility, and a new installation program. ESUSA will be featuring NexSys Workstation 2.0 at AHR Exposition, and will be demonstrating its multi-vendor capabilities as well as its new features. The demonstration contains panels with ESUSA LONWORKS devices and LONWORKS devices from multiple vendors. Demonstrations will be given in ESUSA's booth throughout the three-day show and conference.
