Kavlico Booth # 2420

Kavlico Booth # 2420P4000 All Stainless Steel Refrigerant Pressure Transducer
Used for a variety of refrigerant pressure monitoring applications, the P4000 transducer incorporates MEMS sensing technology and features an all-welded stainless steel housing and stainless steel isolation diaphragm. No "o-rings" or elastomeric seals are used. It is compatible with all HFC/HCFC refrigerants, CO2, and ammonia. Pressure ranges of 0-100 through 0-3000 PSI absolute or sealed gage. Variety of outputs, process, and electrical connections available.

New low range differential pressure sensor for HVAC applications is a MEMS based device using variable capacitance on silicon sensing technology. Offered in ranges of 0-1" H20 to 0-10" H20, they will be powered by a regulated 5 Vdc and have an amplified linear voltage output. Options will include frequency outputs and packages for PCB and bulkhead mounting.

HVAC Pressure Sensors
Kavlico manufactures a full line of high volume, OEM sensors for the HVAC industry. Gage, absolute and differential pressure models are available for a variety of applications such as; VAV systems, refrigerant recovery, HVAC fan control, building pressurization, refrigerant compressors, leak detection systems, duct air flow and filter pressure drop. The sensors typically operate on 5VDC and provide a .5 to 4.5VDC output.

The sensors can be purchased in off-the-shelf configurations or in application specific packaging for high volume, OEM requirements. Options include custom pressure ports designs, electrical connections, materials of construction such as brass, stainless, plated carbon steel and plastic composite designs. Gage, absolute and differential pressure ranges are available from ±0.5" H20 to 3000 psi.
