Educational conferences explore leading technology strategies for smart building automation
[Brossard, QC, August 11, 2015] - Distech Controls, an innovation
leader in energy management solutions, announced today the launch of
the Connecting for the Internet of Things Building roadshow. In
partnership with Acuity Brands and Periscope™ (by Activelogix), this
premier learning and networking event series will feature industry
best-practices, practical takeaways and learnings and an analysis of
the evolution in industry offerings to enable IoT technology.
The half-day educational events are designed for key decision makers
responsible for IP-based technology and modern buildings. Bringing
together top building owners, architects, and consulting engineers, the
conferences will allow stakeholders, to connect, converse and share
today, creating the technologies of tomorrow.
Speakers will share their expertise as to why IP is so important, with
“IoT products leading to exciting new services and analytics that will
improve the building tenant’s experience, and owner’s bottom line,”
