System Allows Facilities Manager to Reduce Energy Costs by Monitoring, Controlling and Diagnosing All HVAC Systems Efficiently From One Location

Austin, TX- Today’s Date- Incenergy LLC has installed their Building Portfolio Energy Management System (EMS) in LegacyTexas Bank branches, providing remote, wireless monitoring, command, and control of 66 thermostats spanning  eleven locations.  The EMS enables remote, multi-site energy management from a computer, iPad and iPhone or Android based smartphone.

“The Incenergy EMS made it easy to schedule all 66 thermostats in eleven branch locations.  I can now make sure that all thermostats are automatically set back to energy saving settings after hours, even if employees adjust them on site.” said Jerry Duckworth, facilities operations manager for LegacyTexas Bank.

contemporary Barry McConachie, Incenergy CEO said, “We were happy to work with LegacyTexas Bank on this multi-site building energy retrofit project.  The fact that they can now just log on to the system rather than drive to all eleven locations to check on their HVAC systems is a great example of where Incenergy’s EMS is an effective solution for multi-site retail energy and labor savings.”

About Incenergy
Incenergy is known for innovations in reducing energy use through its Building Portfolio Energy Management System, a building energy retrofit that controls smart thermostats and lighting, and monitors humidity and temperature through a computer, ipad, or smartphone.  Its advanced, cloud-based energy management system is wireless, making it ideal for existing commercial building retrofits.  With no software or wires to install, Incenergy’s energy management system can begin realizing energy savings for half the installation costs of comparable systems.  Energy savings of 20-30% are typical.  Total solution financing is available for their Building Portfolio Energy Management System, making investments cash flow positive from the day the system is installed.
