Eagle Technology, Inc. Acquires Equipsoft, LLC

Equipsoft Products complement Eagle’s Offerings

Mequon, WI - Oct 09, 2006 Eagle Technology, Inc. today announced the acquisition of Equipsoft Corporation, a maintenance management software (CMMS) vendor based in Knoxville, TN. Equipsoft president Rich Gabel said, “Eagle’s commitment to the maintenance market and their reputation for quality solutions and service made them an ideal merger partner. Equipsoft customers will have a stronger base of support through the merger along with an enterprise solution to meet their growth needs”.

“Equipsoft offers a complementary product line. The combined enterprises will result in a stronger presence in the maintenance field” said Harshad Shah, president of Eagle Technology. Rich Gabel will continue to serve in a consulting role.
