Sinclair: Why do You Need a Facilities Maintenance Management System (FMMS)?
Hoffmann: Corrigo is
an incredibly intelligent, flexible, and highly configurable platform
that allows you to automate your FM work requests…including warranties
and PM scheduling. More importantly, Corrigo provides information about
your customers and your Service Providers that enables your FM team to
make well informed decisions about the building(s) they’re responsible
for.
Sinclair: What is
Corrigo Enterprise and Why is it Better?
Hoffmann: The Corrigo
Enterprise platform is one of the most mature platforms in the
Facilities Management marketplace. Over the past five years, our system has not had one minute
of unscheduled downtime!
Sinclair: How Does
Corrigo Improve FM workflow?
Hoffmann: Corrigo
automates much of the FM process while improving response time,
equipment up time and reducing administration costs. In fact, we have
case studies of customers that have saved upwards of $1.5-million by
leveraging the automation built into Corrigo Enterprise. With our
platform, a customer can generate a work order through a Customer
Portal (via desktop or mobile app) and the work order can be routed to
a specific technician or Corrigo Pro without a service coordinator or
dispatcher ever touching the work order.
Sinclair: Can Corrigo
Integrate with Other Systems?
Hoffmann: Our talented
Integrations team has successfully integrated over 1,000
projects…connecting our platform with over 300 other technologies. The
Corrigo platform integrates with many of the largest software companies
in the world, such as: Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, PeopleSoft and IBM’s
Maximo. We have also successfully integrated with competitors like:
Service Channel, Verisae, and Maximo. Our intelligent middleware
platform allows integration with any 3rd party software platform with
an Open API structure. The middleware platform is so robust that
companies, with the appropriate IT knowledge, have successfully
completed an integration to Corrigo Enterprise using only their
internal resources or by contracting with a consultant. Learn more by

Hoffmann: At Corrigo,
we’re excited about the future. We’re investing in the future. We’re
building solutions that will help propel current FMs into the future
while developing tools that tomorrow’s FMs will feel comfortable
interacting with to help future-proof your buildings. We’ve just
released two BI tools that promise to change the way FMs analyze their
data moving forward.
One tool, “Insights” gives you a long-range, bigger-picture
perspective. Insights digs deep to uncover the comparative trends you
need to really understand your operations, going beyond in-the-moment
dashboards to answer bigger questions about how your business is
performing – and where you can improve to drive value. Insights digs
into multiple areas of your operation, analyzing, cross-referencing,
and delivering insights across three dynamic, customizable dashboards.
The other tool, “Benchmarks” compares your data to trend data across
all Corrigo organizations and industries. It looks under the hood at
anonymized metadata, so you can see how you stack up across your
organization or how you stack up against an expansive range of Corrigo
customers from a vast landscape of industries.
