We have at this time only a rough draft of the proceedings for the ibX Forum - Building Value with Intelligence which will be part of Amsterdam this October 3-5 at ConnectivityWeek Europe.
The agenda gives some detail to the four sections but we will be giving this much more thought during the next 5/10 days when we shall be discussing with our partners to ensure completeness and proper linkage.

The first session is about Building the Value Bridge and developing the demand side models so that the business case can be proven to building owners and users. We expect that at least two case studies will be presented where this process has delivered value and performance fully meeting the building owners / users value propositions.
The second session will evaluate the market opportunities in Europe for delivering total building solutions. We shall, online, using our OBIS tool(Online Business Intelligence Service) demonstrate how market information for all the main technical infrastructures in buildings broken down by country and vertical market can be used to identify the best opportunities for delivering Total Building Solutions (TBS) and estimate the size of this business. We expect that at least two case studies will be presented showing how the supply side delivered value and performance through TBS.
The third session The Roadblocks and How to Overcome will comprise a series of short presentations on how we should best bring together IT and Technical Services in buildings , Partnership and discussing if all the necessary technology is in place.
Finally Action Planning and an Open Discussion will follow.
