Wireless connectivity - We can not see it, feel it, hear it, smell it, touch it, but when it is not available, we are not available and our productivity is immobilized, we will move toward a source of better connectivity.

Wireless connection to the Internet is among the top three most important factors for tenants who are searching for office space, along with cost and location. Until now there has been very little information available to tenants about the quality of internet connectivity in office spaces. Wired Certification provides that transparency and access to information to tenants.

Prior to attending CoRE TECH I wrote this review Building Wireless Inside Out please give it a read and one of my main reasons for going to the event in San Jose was to better understand what it was I was writing about wireless.  These presentations helped provide clarity. Thank you CoRE Tech.

This is our 21st year presenting at AHRExpo.com The expo is an educational kaleidoscope of new ideas and products with 92 free education sessions with a total of 224 educational sessions.

We are proud of our 12 Free Education Sessions @ AHRExpo 2020

Most of what we learn comes from our preparation to teach these sessions and feedback from them.

"By teaching, we learn."

To keep teaching we need to be constantly learning. Stop your hectic life pace today and learn something new that will be worthy to teach your followers. Strive to diversify, step out of your comfort zone do not just learn, learn something completely different. Open your mind. We are amidst an Education Emergency there is much to learn. Please read this review Addressing our Education-Emergency @ AHRExpo 2020

Yin and yang of our industry

As a strong proponent of the latest and greatest, I feel obligated to advise all my followers of a clear movement of resistance to my zealoting of technology as the only approach.

Digital Wellness How Digital Detoxing Became The Solution to Digital Overload

In many ways, the natural social response to strong feelings of technology oversaturation is to demand experiences that create an opposite feeling, to create spaces where technology is neither required nor permitted. These experiences have been named digital detoxes, to actively create physical and digital spaces where the technology that people feel overburdened by, is abstained for a given period of time.  You would be forgiven for thinking that the move towards digital detoxing came from the work of authors such as Nicholas Carr  or Sheri Turkle who asked whether we are all ‘alone together’,

But I am attracted like a moth to a flame, self-destruction is near, can digtalmindfulness save me?  A big smile, Is my building emotion becoming an immersive experience or is evolving to digital diarrhea?

Good questions we all need to strive to be the flame, not the moth.

Welcome the return of our sponsor from Poland Global Control 5 is the Polish leader in hardware and software technology. Being a global company, we create and deliver intelligent building automation technology ranging from peripherals and sensors through edge devices to cloud services.

I have just returned from CoRE Tech  witch reignited my flame bring the outdoors inside with a Visual IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE

Leveraging LED Technology – Creating a Visual IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE - Everyone these days is talking about creating an ‘experience’. Office, retail, hospitality and mixed-use projects are looking to go beyond traditional design and amenities to attract, engage and retain occupants and guests. Water fountains and artwork are being augmented by digital experiences to entertain, excite and inspire. This trend started with flat screens on walls and has evolved into a much more sophisticated experience. LED walls – embedded into traditional design, combined with high resolution, visually stunning changing media – can change the entire experience of a space with the touch of a button or command from an algorithm. This exciting segment will showcase examples of the technology that can be utilized in a Corporate environment.

PlantPROCORE But yet i keep exploring what is new. What do you think of this crossover thinking of mind and altered science? This study found that thanks to its dynamic thermal waveforms, Embr Wave changes the perceived temperature of the room and improves thermal discomfort. Quantitatively, warming with Embr Wave was found to make an uncomfortably cool person perceive the room as 5F warmer and cooling can help an uncomfortably warm person perceive the room as 5F cooler. https://embrlabs.com/pages/research

Cannot stop Talking Technology.
