Sontay, the market leader in the manufacture and distribution of field control devices for building control systems, will be taking part in the Tridium Niagara Summit (29th April to 1st May, Red Rock Resort,Las Vegas). This major global event for integrators, consultants and developers is the key international conference and exhibition for companies working with Tridium’s industry standard NiagaraAX framework for building control applications.
Held bi-annually, the Tridium Niagara Summit allows participants to share experiences, real-world needs and best practices on automation infrastructure technology, device-to-enterprise integration and the creation of interoperable environments. It features presentations from industry leaders and technology experts and an exhibition floor where Sontay will showcase its new Tridium NiagaraAX driver for its award-winning SonNet wireless sensor range.
“The 2012 Niagara Summit is the perfect international platform for Sontay,” says Trevor Palmer, Sontay’s Managing Director. “The summit is renowned as one of the world’s significant learning and exhibition events which takes the building controls sector forward. It attracts over 1,000 developers, thinkers and integrators and we are delighted to be part of it with our new innovations in cost-saving wireless sensor technology.”

This allows engineers to gather measurement data from the sensors and also perform radio network management services, such as, auto-commissioning and setting device configuration parameters as part of a building’s Tridium NiagaraAX framework.
Tridium’s NiagaraAX is an open, Java-based framework which integrates diverse building services systems, control devices and communications standards, including LONWORKS®, BACnet, Modbus and others into an interoperable, web-enabled application environment. Registration for the Niagara Summit is currently open. More information is available at www.niagarasummit.com.
