Co-locating with Realcomm, IBcon 2016 will be held in Silicon Valley, the epicenter of technology and innovation on June 22-23 (June 21 –Precon | June 24 – Executive/Tech Briefings). This year’s theme, Commercial and Corporate Real Estate Innovation Starts Here, speaks to the region's history for incubating some of the most successful, visionary companies
and entrepreneurs in the world. From the invention of the first transistor, to the PC and Mac, to Internet search, most of the major technologies of today were founded on the achievements of the pioneers in Silicon Valley.

Our close proximity to these successful tech firms is what fueled our decision to host IBcon in the region, allowing us unprecedented access to amazing speakers and visionaries from companies like Intel, Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and more. In an interactive showcase setting, attendees will have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with representatives for each project who will share both their challenges and successes and address energy conservation, operational efficiency, enhanced occupant experience, sustainability achievement and financial optimization.
