The BAPI Wireless Temperature and/or Humidity System features a full family of 418 MHz Sensor/Transmitters including Room, Duct, Immersion, Outside Air and Point. The wireless data can be picked up by a Receiver and converted to a voltage, current or resistance for the controller by one or more Analog Output Modules. The wireless data can also be picked up by a Point Manager/Receiver which converts it to Ethernet or serial protocol for the network. The data can then be viewed and accessed by any standard internet browser. The wireless Sensor/Transmitters have a minimum in-building range of 100 feet, extendable to the 1,000 feet with a Repeater. The transmitters use two high-capacity 3.6 volt lithium batteries and have an estimated battery life of 8 years with a transmit rate of approximately once every 10 seconds.
